O&E Development, LLC was born in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee from business Partners Oscar & Ely Aleman. What started as a project placed in God’s hands, has since bloomed into a dream come true. We love working in every community we have become a part of, knowing that our work is bringing improvements and quality construction to them.

As partners, we strive for honesty and clarity. Our first job is to understand the client’s vision and needs, not to present our own. We value timeliness, direct communication and attention to detail, as well as the occasional face-to-face meeting over a coffee or a meal.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with some excellent clients on some wonderful projects, but we believe it is still too early to weigh in on the success of the work. A building exists in time and its usefulness is directly related to how well it continues to perform.

O&E Development, LLC. is fully dedicated to the industrial, commercial and residential construction at the highest standards. Taking over projects in many Homes, Resorts, Amusement Parks, Hotels, Schools and large caliber construction projects all over the Eastern Region of the United States has helped us gain an outstanding reputation of excellence and reliability.
